Getting started: sign up and your first day

Sign up

1. Go to sign up and choose WhatsApp or the web.
2. On WhatsApp: message START and answer a few short questions in the chat — your name, trade and how you work (CIS subcontractor, non-CIS, driver/courier, landlord — you can be more than one). On the web: fill in the short sign-up form.
3. That’s it — your 14-day free trial starts. No card needed, and every feature is open during the trial.

Log in to the web app

1. Go to app.subready.co.uk.
2. Sign in with the details set up during your WhatsApp onboarding (you’ll have a PIN — forgotten it? Ask SubReady on WhatsApp and it will help you reset).
3. You’ll land on the Dashboard — money in, money out, profit, tax set-aside and safe to spend.

Get the mobile app

The SubReady mobile app mirrors the web app — dashboard, invoices, expenses, CIS, MTD filing. Use whichever suits; WhatsApp works alongside both.

Your first three actions

1. Snap a receipt and send it in the chat — see recording receipts.
2. Send your latest bank statement PDF so your books start matched to reality — how. (SubReady never asks for bank logins.)
3. Send your latest CIS statement if you have one — how.

After the trial

Plans are £8.99/month or £89.99/year (VAT plan £12.99/£129.90) — see pricing. If you don’t subscribe, your account locks but nothing is deleted — your records are safe and waiting. Details in subscription & billing.
