Cookie Policy

Only strictly necessary cookies are set by default. Analytics and marketing are opt-in.

Last updated: 2026

This is a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch. It complements our other policies.

Our approach: only strictly necessary cookies are set by default. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies unless you explicitly opt in. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie preferences option.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies (like local storage) work in comparable ways. We use a small amount of local storage to remember your cookie choice so we don’t ask you on every visit.

The categories we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for the site to work — for example, security and remembering your cookie-consent choice. These don’t track you and can’t be switched off because the site relies on them.

Analytics (off by default)

If you opt in, these help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We would only use privacy-friendly analytics, and nothing is loaded unless you consent.

Marketing (off by default)

If you opt in, these help us measure and improve our campaigns. Nothing is set unless you consent.

No tracking before consent

We do not load analytics or marketing scripts, or set their cookies, before you give consent. When the banner appears you can Accept all or Reject non-essential. “Reject non-essential” keeps only the strictly necessary cookies.

Managing your choice

You can revisit your choice anytime using the Cookie preferences option, which re-opens the cookie banner. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

Consent records

To respect your choice and support an auditable record, we store your consent decision (and its timestamp) locally. Where a consent-logging endpoint is enabled, a record of consent may also be kept server-side for compliance purposes, limited to what’s necessary for that audit trail.
