Last updated: 2026 · This is a template. Please obtain professional legal review before launch.

Important: SubReady is record-keeping software. It does not provide tax, accounting, financial or legal advice, does not make lending decisions, and does not move money or provide payment services. Always consult a qualified professional about your own circumstances.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SubReady website at subready.co.uk and any early-access programme operated by Aigenticura Ltd (“SubReady”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Early access & changes

SubReady is in active development. Features described on this site — including mobile apps, WhatsApp workflows, bank sync, accountant portal and partner/affiliate portal — may be on our roadmap, may change, or may not be released. Pricing shown is indicative and may change. We may update the site, features and these terms from time to time.

3. No professional advice

Content on this site, and the product, is for general record-keeping purposes only. It is not tax, accounting, financial, investment or legal advice, and should not be relied on as such. “MTD-ready” refers to keeping organised digital records; SubReady does not currently submit information to HMRC, and any future submission capability would be a clearly communicated roadmap item. References to investment opportunities are not an offer or solicitation to buy securities.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or submit false or unlawful information through our forms.

5. Intellectual property

The SubReady name, logo and site content are owned by or licensed to Aigenticura Ltd. SUBREADY is the subject of a UK trademark application (UK00004398313). You may not copy, reproduce or use our branding without permission.

6. Third-party links & services

The site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as bank-connection or hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SubReady is provided “as is” during early access, and we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on this site’s content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
