These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SubReady website at subready.co.uk and any early-access programme operated by Aigenticura Ltd. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Early access & changes

The platform remains under development. Features described on this site — including mobile apps, WhatsApp workflows, bank statement upload, accountant portal and partner/affiliate portal — may be on our roadmap, may change, or may not be released. We may update the site, features, pricing and terms, with clear communication beforehand.

3. No professional advice

Content on this site, and the product, is for general record-keeping purposes only. It is not tax, accounting, financial, investment or legal advice. “MTD-ready” refers to organised digital records only; the platform does not currently submit information to HMRC.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the site lawfully and must not misuse it through unauthorised access attempts, service disruption, or submitting false information.

5. Intellectual property

The SubReady name, logo and site content are owned by or licensed to Aigenticura Ltd. The trademark is subject to UK application (UK00004398313). Unauthorised copying or use of our branding is prohibited.

6. Third-party links & services

We are not responsible for third-party websites and services, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Liability

SubReady is provided “as is” during early access, and we exclude liability for reliance on content, except where the law requires otherwise.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of England & Wales.
